Abstract


Achieving social equity and justice is a value of ideal which human pursuits for thousands of years, it is necessary conditions for social existence and development and the basic premise of social stability. It reflects the aspirations of the people for an interest and the value concept of harmonious development between the people, man and society, man and nature. It can be said that the problems of social injustice and the demands for social justice exist since the human society formed.From China’s actual situation, social injustice is prominent, with the overall development and progress of society, in spite of the first generation of the CPC ’s leadership made all kinds of explorations and efforts to solve the problems of social injustice. In particular, with China’s socialist market economic system establishing gradually and social restructuring in full swing, a sharp social contradictions highlighted, in order to safeguard social fairness and justice, the Communist from generation to generation racks one’s brains, works wholeheartedly for the construction fair just society. At present, China’s economy has entered a new round of rapid growth, in the process of the interest adjustments and the profound changes in social structure, how to further implement people-centered scientific concept of development? How to promote the people’s livelihood and social construction, and promote fair and just? This series of important and practical issue is put before the ruling party and the people of the country, the theoretical circles are needed urgently to study, to presentation.The first part of this text is the preface, firstly, the purpose and significance of the topic were discussed; Secondly, the present situation of researching are combed. The second part is the classic marxist writers social fairness, three parts are discussed in this paper. One is the classic marxist writers social fairness formation; the main content of social fairness of classic marxist writers was discussed in part two; Part three is the theory of Marx’s thought of social justice value. The third part is the practice of Marxist social fairness in China .The social fairness thoughts of Mao zedong, Deng xiaoping, Jiang zemin and Hu jintao is discussed respectively. Finally, several enlightenments gets from the angle on how to understand social justice, realize social justice is the request of the socialist essence and how to build the fairness and justice of Chinese characteristic socialism.
