Abstract


Solve the problems of rural migrant workers is to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", realize the urban and rural, realize the harmonious society’s important problem,and solve the problems of rural migrant workers would mean solved the industrialization, the urbanization, the key problems in the process of modernization. Including the improvement of the quality of migrant workers is the core of the key to solve the problems of rural migrant workers. Chongqing as an emerging and rapid development of the full of charm, and challenges in the municipalities directly under the central government, the person is quite large migrant workers, their presence of chongqing economic development and social development are indelible contribution. Although the social status of rural migrant workers in recent years ceaselessly by countries and the government’s attention, but because their cultural education level is low, labor quality and professional skill is not high, and because the urban and rural economic and social duality in our country,the living condition of rural migrant workers is not very ideal. Especially in recent 3 years under the impact of the financial crisis, chongqing migrant workers return to increase, with the rapid development of chongqing steps, most migrant workers at a competitive level is low state. Therefore, to improve the treatment of the migrant workers, and increase the employment competitive power, they need to provide professional training for migrant workers, for developing the vocational training for migrant workers is to improve the basic qualities and skills, and increase human capital stock of the basic way to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", carry out everybody for this, the construction of socialist harmonious society has the great significance. At the same time, it is to speed up the construction of well-off society in chongqing and of urbanization and modernization process is very significant.This paper first discusses the topic selection to choose a background and significance, and puts forward the selected topic contents, difficulty and basic train of thought. In chapter 2, expounds the theory reference for relevant professional training, through the related literature at home and abroad research is discussed, and then the peasants and migrant workers, vocational training and other key concept is defined. The third chapters on the current situation and characteristics of migrant workers vocational training. The fourth chapter in chongqing mainly expounds the problems of rural migrant workers vocational training, and analyzes the problem of the deep reason. Finally, according to China’s national conditions and chongqing their own economic, geographical and cultural factors to improve rural migrant workers vocational training of countermeasures, migrant workers vocational skills development, enhance the competitiveness of migrant workers’ employment, it is with the person this, ensure that migrant workers get all-round development, and promote economic and social development of chongqing city steadily.
