The college counselors are the organizers of the day-to-day ideological and political education and management of colleges and universities, students, practitioners and instructors, the cause of higher education is to ensure sustained, healthy and rapid development of an integral part of a very important force. In this paper, the college counselor self-efficacy as the theme, in the summary and conclusion on the basis of the college counselor self-efficacy theory to explore the college counselor self-efficacy to enhance the specific path. College counselor self-efficacy is the specific application of self-efficacy theory in college counselor career field has important practical significance and practical value. The main problems: high self-efficacy influence the better implementation of the counselor job performance; better achieve high self-efficacy affect counselor self-worth; counselor self-efficacy is more likely to give students an active infection . In this paper, on the basis of the general efficacy Universal Scale the (GSEs Scale), through the preparation of college counselor self-efficacy questionnaire, the basic situation of China's college counselor self-efficacy questionnaire and analysis. Counselor self-efficacy scale estimates, the average score of 3.0011 in the middle level, there is a large room for improvement. Accordingly, the paper further analysis of external environmental factors and internal individual factors restricting the college counselor self-efficacy. External environmental factors, including: occupational role ambiguity, workload has continued to improve; positions direction is not clear lack of planning, career development; management mechanism is not smooth, reducing the quality of the work of counselors; performance evaluation of static, incentive mechanism is not smooth. Inherent individual factors include: the value of identity and self-perception conflict, stress and psychological pressure surge knowledge structure and ability levels can not be qualified counselors work. On the basis of these studies, the article focuses on how to further stimulate and enhance the college counselor self-efficacy, improve the performance of counselors work path. This paper argues that, based on the basic situation of China's college counselor self-efficacy, social support system, school security measures and counselors personal development path three levels to stimulate and enhance the counselor's self-efficacy. Counselors career focus to strengthen social advocacy, discover counselor professional socialization, to enhance professional happiness and vocational sense of belonging; professional development and improve the scientific management mechanism, improve the professional and technical positions titles Employment for counselor positions, The expert development: promoting counselor counselor to be good at learning, strengthen self-cultivation, self-regulation, and constantly improve the work of the individual competence and mental health.
