In this thesis, millimeter-wave passive imaging system as the research background, the departure from the basic theory of the radiometer imaging system works and performance requirements to complete the design of the scanning servo mechanism , the completion of the servo controller design and implementation of hardware and software . In this thesis, completed the following work : 1. Scanning servo calibration method , scan mode according to the system overall program , the main technical requirements . 2 to study the overall structure of the servo mechanism ; determine the selection of servo motors, servo drives, servo controller control chip devices . 3 complete hardware design and implementation of the servo controller board . In this thesis, based on TMS320F2812, including the power supply circuit , reset circuit , clock circuit , serial interface circuit and JTAG emulator interface circuit controller board . 4 Complete the Design and Implementation of the controller software . According to the imaging principle , scan mode and a calibration method , controller-based hardware circuit of the programming and implementation of the control software , including automatic control module , manual adjustment module , reset module , delay module and data communication module program . In this paper, TI's integrated development environment CCS3.3 as a development tool , using C language and assembly language programming mixed . Completed hardware circuit testing and debugging software features , and the overall function of the servo mechanism is verified by experiment . Finally , in conjunction with other parts of the passive millimeter wave imaging system debugging , successfully achieved the target scene passive imaging . The experiments show that the servo and controller , high reliability, real-time, to meet the work requirements of millimeter-wave passive imaging system .
