Abstract


Since the 20th century, the focus of all countries is to cultivate the minors’ responsibility and make them have a good sense of responsibility. As social special and important group , junior high school students are in important stage when they need grow and study in their lifetime. Meanwhile ,they are in a critical period when they need to lay their basic quality ,when their physical and psychological change sharply, unavoidable issue is , the right values construction and sense of responsibility nurturance in their growth.Taking part of X’s junior high school students as the research object, the model psychology, ethics, pedagogy disciplines such as the research achievement of responsibility, Responsibility for junior high school students present situation and existing problems of a comprehensive analysis of the investigation. The first part of this paper introduction analysis, summarizes the research origin and the relevant liability issues related research; the second part of the responsibility of junior high school students to define, and meaning of junior high school students structure, content and responsibility analyses the characteristic; the third part responsibility for junior high school student status on the basis of investigation and study, the paper analyzed main problems; The fourth part puts forward the strategy of responsibility cultivate junior high school students. Cultivation measures: to pay attention to the respect heart of junior high school students; to build, share class culture; to pay attention to cultivating gratitude consciousness; school administrators to convey a responsible attitude to enhance junior high sense of responsibility.Responsibility is the quality of talents and a basic requirement of the sound personality in the future society is the cultivation of foundation of a man , it is an indispensable important content of quality education . So we should pay attention to the cultivation of sense of junior high school students in their adolescent stage. It has not only the interests of their own development, but also for the future of our Chinese nation will have far-reaching effects.
