Abstract


In the 21st century, mankind faces peace, population, energy, environmental protection and so on a series of challenges. The competition is becoming increasingly fierce in the information times, to people’s reaction, coordination, thinking, adapt to other health quality put forward higher request. The sports is the social development and an important symbol of human civilization, it is people get healthy - an important way, entertainment and leisure. Urban community sports grassroots organization is the community sports in China in recent years in the development of a new, very active organization form. Its produce to the community sports development plays an important role. Through to the Urumqi (hereinafter referred to as the Urumqi community sports grass-root organizations present situation investigation and development countermeasures of research, to the GRO central committee "steady response in Xinjiang, enriching the strategy of" solid side the nationwide fitness campaign for better instructing of Urumqi, this study the development of community sports grassroots organizations provide reference and enlightenment in theory.This paper uses the literature material method, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other methods of Urumqi community sports, the present situation and development of grassroots organization the problems existing in the research and investigation, analysis, based on the existing problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The results of the study indicate that:1 The Urumqi sports community has good grassroots mass base, but participants, managers are aging, there was serious problems, such as simple activities projects which sports grass-root organizations members, affected sports a grassroots organization expanding.2 A grassroots organization in Urumqi community sports activities higher, but because the enthusiasm of facilities, season, organization expenses, management system is not perfected, professional sports instructors lack of factors, to some extent, restricted the development of the sports grassroots organization.3 Urumqi community sports grassroots are the government registration organization, the lack of government unified management, support and service, relatively few of its investment also affects the development of sports grass-root organizations. 4 Urumqi community sports grass-root organizations, and has huge social endogenous demand, small, flexible, and have strong adaptability to the environment, has the rich minority sports resources and other advantages. As long as solve problems, sports a good development prospect of grassroots organization.The development of community sports grass-root organizations in Urumqi, body-building and the socialization of sports is of great significance. Based on the above problems, and put forward some Suggestions: should fully understand and paying attention to the community sports grassroots organization, perfect the importance of community sports management system, hardware and software facilities construction of sports. Set up a government administrative departments and sports grass-root organizations connection, the use of social transformation, combining with the opportunity to the actual situation of Urumqi, people-oriented, the development of community sports grass-roots organization promoting Urumqi populace sports enterprise comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.
