Abstract


Trace elements and the health of human body is a new research field of more comprehensive discipline, it is the modern life science and medicine, the frontier science. Participate in various body trace element synthesis of enzyme and metabolism, has many physiological functions, in body metabolization activity plays an important role in the study of trace elements, not only the diagnosis of disease prevention and treatment, and has important value in human nutrition evaluation, human health research aspects also has important reference value.The methods of literature, physical fitness test, assay, mathematical statistics, based on the Mongolian and Kazak students aged 18-22 included hair trace elements and physical health test, through Mongolia and Kazak students in Xinjiang included Trace Elements in the hair and the detection of physical health, control their hair in the distribution of trace elements to explore the relationship between trace elements and physical health, the paper has four main partsThe first part: 18-22 years of xinjiang400 Mongolian and Kazak students in the determination of trace elements in hair, carry out comparative study of men and women to understand the Mongolian and Kazak boys and girls body seven trace elements (calcium, iron, zinc , Manganese, copper, selenium, nickel) content, control the distribution of trace elements in their bodies and features.Part 2: 18-22 years of xinjiang400 Mongolian and Kazak students perform physical test. The form of classes, fitness classes and categories of indicators function tests, and further understand the Mongolian and Kazak 18-22 years of physical health level.Part 3: through the body trace element and physical tests to discuss the correlation coefficient of trace elements and physical health, the relationship between trace elements of physical effects, xinjiang nationality students hair of trace elements in content distribution, etc.The fourth part is the countermeasure and suggestion based on the above analysis of these three aspects, the another thinks, first of all administrative departments at all levels and school leaders should attach great importance to the students to outstanding problems in physical health, strengthening the leadership of the school physical education activity; Second, we must establish and improve a few National College Physical health monitoring system, establishing a database on Minority Students physical status; Third, the nutrition knowledge must be strengthened, trained and educated, meanwhile,improving nutrition and health awareness of students and the necessary level of knowledge of nutrition; the last to do the student’s extracurricular activities should be well carried out, besides, physical fitness, health knowledge and the consciousness of physical training all should be developed in Xinjiang
