Abstract


With the process of industry informationized rapidly, the software industry has had close relationship to the strategy of enterprises informationized and the enterprises have the need of using more software functions, while spending less money. SaaS, which stands for Software-as-a-Service, advocacies the leasing model of the service operations, pointing to supply more functions to the small and medium enterprises while costing less money. Users only need to accomplish the office informationized business via a internet explorer; at the same time, the service model based on the internet offers more convenience to the collaborative work.TRIZ is a scientific theory and method to guide in the innovation design fields, which is to change the occasional invention incident to scientific innovation process. In the practice of the industry projects, to some extent, lots of enterprises are able to innovate and then gain the solutions to speed up improving highly the quality of products by the theory system of TRIZ. Currently, the theory system of TRIZ has been popularized all over lots of enterprises and research institutes in different fields and used widely in the alteration, innovation and life prognostication of the industry products. Several CAI software products based on the theory system of TRIZ have been developed generally.The existed CAI systems have only supplied the tools to settle the TRIZ problems, and haven’t combined the innovation OA system. As is based on the research work of the application design of the SaaS model, this subject puts forward a suit of reliable and practical technology solutions in these areas such as database design, performance optimization, SaaS system data, function, interface, and process of configuration management, security policy and so on. And then combined the theory system of TRIZ and CAI tools based on it with the user management system, taking the issues and solutions as the core, taking the collaborative meeting as a new feature, his subject is mainly to put forward an open, collaborative, and easily used structure model of innovation platform, and finally accomplish the practical system based on the real needs.
