Abstract


With the growing national comprehensive strength, technology professionals are continuously demanded numerously, the government has given colleges and universities quantities of policy support and economic support to help and encourage the universities to expand enrollment, improve school quality, and intensify research, therefore, many universities have significant improvement in soft and hard facilities, colleges’ fixed assets have significantly increased spread from the quantity, quality, variety to scale. Paper file management tend to consume both labors and materials, with low efficiency, errors, colleges and universities all have adopted a digital, informational, intelligent management system for fixed assets, but facing the increasing number of fixed assets and the increasing complexity of fixed assets management activities, many universities’ existing fixed assets management system has emerged various of defects and can not catch the tight rhythm of the school day, so the new efficient development of fixed assets management system is imminent.In order to improve the existing fixed assets management system in our county’s colleges and universities running slowly, responding slowly, the operating-handling frequently delayed and less success in questions submitted, the subject combined the recent status of fixed assets of some colleges and universities, and meet the needs for the college’s fixed asset management, base the ASP.NET platform using the three-tier MVC design pattern, with its superior relative independence to ensure that the new hierarchical system with good scalability and compatibility, to describe the system using the SQL database, the data information table Science is designed to reduce data redundancy and reliability of data protection, while higher security aspx with language development interface, easy controls on the client and server interaction, provide a window for developers programming interface, thus greatly improving the efficiency of development.In the streamlined process, the principle of non-system, the system has four functional modules:User management, fixed asset management, records management and query. Although the small number of modules, but the clear division of labor, functional and to ensure that the new system has the power. After the system design and implementation in those colleges and universities, the new system not only solves all the problems the original system, but also improve the utilization of fixed assets and fixed assets management staff efficiency and savings for the school is not necessary capital equipment expenditures. The new system efficient and convenient business processing and response enables the user departments’orderly operation of daily work. In the future, this system can be combined with the idea of artificial intelligence, unmanned towards fixed asset management efforts.
