Abstract


Private banking refers to a commercial bank for high net worth clients to provide professional wealth management as the core package of high-level financial services in a foreign country for hundreds of years , the course of development , but for China , private banking is still belongs to a new thing , 2007 , the establishment of the private banking business of Bank of China, the Ministry of the commercial banks in China marked the official launch of the private banking business . Subsequently , the Construction Bank , Industrial and Commercial Bank , Bank of Communications , have launched a private banking business . For China's commercial banks , private banking has developed into a new profit growth point . In recent years, as China's rapid economic development , high net worth customer base began growing its asset management needs are also increasing , which provides a broad prospect for development of private banking for commercial banks , the commercial banks the development of great significance . In this paper summarized the interpretation of the law and comparative analysis , from supply and demand through a lot of data to support , focusing on analysis of the status quo of China 's commercial banks to develop private banking and the presence of constraints , and high net worth clients do comprehensive analysis and comparison , and the conclusion . Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for China 's commercial banks to develop private banking to promote faster and better development of the private banking business of commercial banks in China .
