Abstract

With hu jintao as general secretary of the CPC central committee collective leadership proposed constructing socialist harmonious society is implementing development important aspect of the scientific concept. It reflects attention to "harmonious society" of collective leadership of the party , also reflects yearning and pursuit of people to "harmonious society" . In the sixth plenary session of the sixteenth central committee of the CPC passed about certain major issue decision of the central committee of the communist party constructs socialistic harmonious society explicitly pointed out that, "must maximizely arouse social vitality, promote the harmony among the party relations, ethnic relations, religious relations, class relations, overseas Chinese". In this five relationships, in the first place is party relations.Party relations, have broad and narrow points. In a narrow sense, party relations refers to the political relationship about expressing of the political appeal , obtaining of political power and distributing of political interests among different political parties in a country’s political life, this is understanding from domestic political angle. But generalized party relationship should includes the relationship between the parties in other countries, in the international communist movement, also includes the relationship between each communist party in the word , and this is understanding from the international political angle .The type of political relations mainly includes: party relations that only have competition without cooperation; party relations that only have cooperation without competition; party relations of competition leading; party relations of cooperation leading. This paper investigates the party relations between Chinese communist party and democratic partisan political in the domestic context.The socialist harmonious society needs the harmony between the parties, the socialist harmonious society and harmonious relationship between the parties have inseparable relations, harmonious relationship of political parties is the content of socialist harmonious society including, and the important aspect of socialist harmonious society as well as. The China’s multi-party cooperation and political consultation system contain rich harmonious ideas, also is the important reflection of theory of harmonious relationship between the parties. The earliest discussion of theory of harmonious relationship between the parties from Marx, Engels, the several generations of communist party of China central collective leadership chinizated theory of harmonious relationship between the parties according to China’s national conditions and the party of party’s situation, make the theory of harmonious relationship between the parties develop and improve constantly.Generally speaking, the relationship is harmonious between China communist party of China and the democratic parties, but Marx said that any social there is no contradiction impossible. In practical work, the relationship between China communist party of China and the democratic parties still exists ony problems and challenges: the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system needs to perfect; leading cadres of understanding about the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system needs to improve; the construction of democratic parties themselves needs to strengthen; The negative influence of party relations by the public and the media. These problems and challenges have all become the unfavorable factors of interfering party relations further harmonious.The problems and challenges requests the party and the democratic parties must emancipate the mind, seek truth from facts and keep pace with the time, in this new period, realized profoundly the significance of constructing harmonious relationship between parties, in order to make political parties to work toward more harmonious. I think that from the following several aspects to promote the party relation more harmonious: providing solid political guarantee, perfect system guarantee, advanced idea, democratic political environment and favourable external environment for party relations.
