Abstract


Since 60’s in 20th century, continuously turn worse along with competition in the industry inner part inside the global scope, the management strategy of multinational company base good luck advantage or national market establishment competitive advantage is hard for after, have to install resources and establishment to produce system in the global scope then can acquire, keep and strengthen competitive advantage, the processing trade develops gradually.Our country execution reform after opening a policy, the processing trade obtained a substantial development. Currently, the processing trade has become one of the important ways of our country foreign trade, the processing trade is adding of our country international trade long source with integrate into the multinational company global marketing network and promote the important path of exporting the competition ability, is also our country make use of foreign capital to arouse local industry to participate in international division of labor, push industrial upgrading of important means. But for long time, our country structure unbalance in the region of the processing trade, the main concentration is in the eastern region, while the western region is opposite to fall behind. Along with the west greatly the developing give in the strategy, No.32 document in nation of the concrete implementation of various special policies, Xinjiang should hold tight this opportunity, speed processing trade to develop a step and promote the development of economy in Xinjiang.The processing trade promotes to work towards drawing on foreign capital, technique progress, , industrial upgrading and economy increase a tremendous push function. This text uses related data, chart and statistics data and reasons logically through a tight logic with data to analyze, carries on a thorough analysis to the dynamic state benefits of processing trade and elaborates the economic growth effect in the dynamic state benefits of processing trade and leads property effect and terms of trade effect in detail. BE canned know by the substantial evidence result, the processing trade of Xinjiang develops very quickly, but still exist shortage of place. How further extend the dynamic state benefits of processing trade for the outside Mao export in extension Xinjiang, can help economic stability in Xinjiang to quickly increase the function of having the very importance.This article is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, a brief description of the background of the subjects to the study at home and abroad. Chapter II mainly explains from the theories and the realistic angle that Xinjiang develops the foundation of processing trade. Chapter III is mainly states the current development of processing trade and comparison with China and other province. Chapter IV is the core of this paper, it analysis the effect of, and in accordance with the 1999 to 2009 between the relevant statistical data on the effect of Xinjiang-processing-trade of the three channels had a role in empirical study. Chapter V find out the factors which restrict the processing trade’s positive effects. Chapter VI in order to further improve benefits of the Xinjiang-processing-trade measures put forward a proposal.
