Abstract


Own IT forces are relatively weak information systems project success rate is very low, therefore , with the help of external forces is a wise choice . In promoting demand , IS (Information Systems) service enterprises came into being , and the rapid development of knowledge services to provide customers with information systems . The IS service enterprise service process is a complex dynamic process , and the level of intellectual capital is the key factor affecting service capabilities . This paper analyzes the transformation process of the the IS service enterprise knowledge capital formation and service capabilities , applying system dynamics method describes a causal relationship between the IS service enterprise intellectual capital and service capabilities to build a system dynamics model . Setting an attempt to increase the building of human capital investment, improve the service capabilities of IS services enterprise , using Vensim PLE software for system simulation analysis . Experimental results show that this model can well explain IS a causal relationship between service composition and service capabilities of enterprise knowledge capital , intellectual capital and service capabilities of the different stages of the trends are in line with theoretical expectations , the unexpected behavior tests show that the model has good stability , sensitivity analysis shows that IS service enterprises to increase investment in human capital can effectively increase the amount of intellectual capital and improve service . On this basis , we contribute to the conclusion of IS services enterprise intellectual capital construction and service capabilities to enhance the strategic choice .
