Abstract


The 21st century is a century of quality and the Project quality management has been greatly developed. There are many projects in modern enterprise, it is dificult to use those traditional management for these projects whose characters are temporary, unique and one-off,the successful project management always has successful quality management. The mainly study of this paper is how we can connect the best point of project management and quality management,to define the suited project quality management system and to continual improvement our quality to meet the technical transfer project quanlity management demand.Firstly I introduced the basic theory of project quality management, and especially focus on introducing the necessity of project quality management system,the whole process programs and tools of project management.And then I deeply studied the plan of project quality management,the guarantee of project quality management and the control of project quality management.Finally, I set the project quanlity management method of T company as one example to show how it was applied in the technical transfer project.Hope it can be as an useful reference for other technical transfer project of other similar company.
