Abstract


With human resource management theory and practice in the field of academic development of high-performance work systems has become the focus of strategic human resource management. In this paper, in-depth study of high performance work system through the intellectual capital for the business performance impact mechanism, while the introduction of entrepreneurial orientation as the intellectual capital and the regulation of the relationship between corporate performance variables, this study hopes to get some theoretical developments, and the domestic enterprises to provide some practical advice. In this study, we conclude that review past scholars in related fields of research from which to explore the merits and deficiencies, and proposed the idea of ??this study model; Then, we take the questionnaire method, from the collected sample data using statistical analysis to verify the assumptions of these ideas, mainly reached the following conclusions: 1, high-performance work system consists of a strict selection, extensive training, employee empowerment, as well as contingent remuneration practices which constitute four, and the overall performance level of the enterprise has a significant positive influence. Including extensive training and employee empowerment factors, followed by the contingent pay and strict selection. 2, the company's intellectual capital for business performance has a significant positive influence. Intellectual capital in the internal capital, external capital, and human capital, all of the company's performance has a significant positive effect relationship, in which the level of external capital impact on business performance, followed by the human capital and internal capital. 3, the company's intellectual capital in high-performance work systems and play an intermediary role between corporate performance. Enterprises to adopt a series of high performance work systems practices that can improve the level of intellectual capital owned, so as to enhance the company's overall performance level. Among them, the internal capital in the strict selection, employee empowerment and corporate performance factors play a part between the intermediary role; external capital between employee empowerment and enterprise performance also played a partial mediating role; human capital and business performance in a wide range of training between the intermediary role played completely. 4, the company's intellectual capital and entrepreneurial orientation for the relationship between corporate performance has a regulatory role. Entrepreneurial orientation in a different environment, intellectual capital for the relationship between the performance impact will be significant differences. Which, by the regulatory role of entrepreneurial orientation is outside the enterprise capital, human capital factors influence the relationship between the level of business performance.
