Abstract


In this paper, the actual development of the status quo of Company X as the background , combined with the principles and methods of the theory of corporate credit management , credit management system, the establishment of Company X 's analysis and planning and design of exploratory research . I full participation in the credit management system of Company X is well aware of the company's development history and current situation , well aware of the importance for the future development of the company X credit management system , the urgency and criticality . Company X as a fast-growing medium-sized semiconductor distributors in the industry field representative , credit management system for small and medium-sized enterprises of other industries also have a strong reference . Therefore , Company X 's credit management system research has important practical significance . This paper is divided into seven chapters four parts , the first part of the first and second chapters , introduces the origin of the credit management development and related theory , laid the theoretical foundation for the full text . The second part of the contents of Chapters III and IV , highlight X overview of the company and its operating environment , and internal and external credit environment and internal credit management analyzed the current situation , and to clarify the X build credit management system the necessity and urgency . The third part of the contents of Chapters V and VI , on the basis of the first part of the theory , combined with the second part of the analysis , given the credit management system of Company X to build the main content of the program and its implementation tracking . Part IV concludes the paper pointed out that innovation and insufficient . The author in writing this article based on the analysis of a full range of credit management environment , combined with their own situation , the use of credit management theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems facing enterprise development to a certain stage , the credit management system for small and medium-sized domestic semiconductor distributors build a viable idea , other industry trade enterprises is a valid reference .
