Abstract


Enterprise quality management in the increasingly competitive market of today , how to be able to better meet customers' needs and challenges faced by each enterprise . Customer satisfaction -oriented quality management is also came into being in this case , this quality management methods taking into account the expectations and needs of the customers for the quality objectives and quality standards , and are targeted for quality control and service . Project Management is a management theory , the effective management of the project and to meet customer needs are many ways in which it can get a good reference and application quality management , customer satisfaction oriented . Project quality management theory unique concepts and methods of the project particularity of great help to enhance customer satisfaction . Project risk management , risk identification , analysis , response, monitoring specific methods of customer satisfaction -oriented quality management will be considerable help in the treatment of potential problems . In this paper, by introducing the concept of the project quality management and project risk management theory and methods , combined enterprise instance of Company A , analysis methods improve customer satisfaction , and quality of the project management and risk management methods to be applied , aims to improve the quality management level.
