Abstract


Rational evaluation of areospace enterprises, considering both the commonality and specialty, is helpful to conflict resolution, mobilize the initiative and promote aerospace enterprises to better operation. And the improvement of indexes system of aerospace enterprises evaluation can direct and standard the operation behavior of aerospace enterprises as well as enhance the competitiveness, operation level and produce more economic and social benefit.This paper analyzes the development of evaluation of enterprises performance theory, based on which the following research is carried out. There are two aspects of insufficient in evaluation of Chinese aerospace enterprise performance. For indexes, the insufficient includes non-dynamic indexes and the singleness of indexes which are not effective to evaluate the enterprise performance. And for weighting method of indexes, the insufficient is that delphi method, AHP mehtod and so on are too subjective, also coefficient of variation method and coefficient method are not comprehensive, CRITIC method which improves the methods above is not rigorous as well. According to the research above, this paper analyzes the principle of evaluation Chinese aerospace enterprises performance, which improves the current indexes system of evaluation. Then this paper improve the method of indexes weighting and time point weighting which constitute the multi time points and indexes evaluation method of enterprises performance. Also this paper introduce new indicator to assess the performance trend, which can evaluate the development more effective. Finally, emprical research is carried out in this paper which demonstrate that the method suggested in this paper is feasible and practical.
