Abstract

The mineral resources is the development of the national economy, industrial food and raw materials, mining development is an important lifeline of the national economic development. Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, mining development and the rise of the mining city. Since consecutive decades predatory exploitation of resources, the cause of most of the mining city reserve of mineral resources crisis, become the major issues that affect our mining industry as well as the process of sustainable development of the national economy as a whole can not be ignored. Based on this, in 2004, came into the national crisis mines Resources Prospecting special planning. In this study, relying on a \analysis, from the resources continuation effect, the effect of economic development, social, driven by the effect of mining enterprises management effectiveness in four areas to be parsed. (3) use of factor analysis and principal component analysis estimates derived implementation of special effects of the crisis mines resources prospecting leading role in the sustainable development of the overall economy of Chenzhou City obvious.
