Abstract


State Serving , Food is . Food is safe world, a special commodity stabilization popular and important strategic resource, is the survival and development of human society foundation . Our country is a quarter of the world population 's food production and consumption , protection of China's food security , to solve the problem of feeding people , not only the Chinese government has always cared a top priority , but also one of the world's attention . The overall food security situation in our country , although good, but food security is relatively weak security foundation of food security in a tight balance . Building suitable for China's current agricultural development agricultural technology innovation system, promote agricultural innovation and technological progress , improve the contribution rate of science and technology of food production , thereby increasing our overall grain production capacity , is to enhance the level of food security a fundamental measure .
