Abstract


Since the land transfer activities from the 1970s and 1980s, with the expansion of the scale, the growing influence in the industrial structure optimization, rational allocation of resources, farmers' income and improve people's livelihood has made very significant effectiveness. However, with the deepening of rural land transfer activities related social problems gradually revealed, the uneven distribution of resources, lack of policies and regulations, particularly evident hierarchy disorders and class conflict increase, has become an unavoidable topic. Existing research is mostly from the perspective of agronomy, economics, law and other land transfer activities, land transfer results from a sociological theory research is still rare, and the combination of land transfer to carry out research activities and the peasantry situation is numbered. This paper will differentiate on the basis of the existing policies and regulations and research, conflict and a comprehensive comparison of the integration of the three theories by theoretical assumptions, a comprehensive analysis of the process of land transfer activities, the performance of the class differentiation and conflict caused and causes, in and integrated to provide reasonable suggestions. This article made, trying to provide data to support the development and adjustment of policies and regulations, to provide a reference for standardizing the land transfer activities to protect the the peasantry interests and livelihood policies.
