Abstract


Based on the analysis of the theory about the livable Chongqing, this paper establishes the assessment indictor system of the livable city from the following aspects:Living quality,Public space,Service facilities and Municipal infrastructure.Construction of comprehensive evaluation index system, integrated subjective and objective, to empirical.Then this paper purpose of quantitative and qualitative analysis combined to find potential problems and development laws about livable Chongqing. The favorable to the proposal livable Chongqing. Six parts of the full text:The first part:Introduction. Describes the background of livable Chongqing, meaning, analysis of relevant research results, and determine the content of this research, methods and technical line.PartⅡ:livable Chongqing and city. The literature analysis from the nature of the city,to world urbanization law,and the unique nature of urbanization in China,and strategic planning for sustainable development in Chongqing, Etc. A clear policy and theoretical basis of livable Chongqing.PartⅢ:Building Livable Comprehensive Evaluation of Chongqing.PartⅣ:Livable Chongqing Empirical analysis and evaluation. Integrated method of empirical analysis of the livable Chongqing. Longitudinal comparison with the problems found of livable Chongqing.PartⅤ:Livable Chongqing policy recommendations. According to the principles of human in,make recommendations for problem about for urban economic development, improve the social security system, improve the living comfort, and optimizing the ecological environment.PartⅥ:Conclusion.
