Abstract


The " San Nong " issues related to the overall development of the party and the nation, if wants to solve the " San Nong" issues must depend upon the advance in technology, only when the agriculture scientific knowledge, the scientific method, the spirit of science spread to farmers, to make into real productivity, can promote can promote the agriculture to increase production, farmer additionally receiving, to develop the rural economy.The agricultural science and technology information’s dissemination cannot do without a variety of media, especially in the information age, information technology’s development not only causes the media species diversity, but also make the media more powerful, more efficient in communication. Changes in the media dissemination of agricultural science and technology is bound to bring about a corresponding change, so this article take the information technology as support’s technological means that how mainly the media that the effect of how to promote the dissemination of agricultural technology as a research starting point,through the investigation and study to several towns of feng County of Xu Zhou about the the application of information technology in agricultural science and technology dissemination, discuss the operation rules, found problems, and explore to improve information technology in agricultural science and technology in the best option.After the analysis of survey data found that, due to the famers’income level、diploma、agriculture information level and many other reasons, in agricultural science and technology spreading process traditional medium still the main channel,the network medium, the mobile communication medium’s use factor is not high ; Based on the above analysis in the conformity use had in the traditional medium foundation, should play the present information medium in agricultural science and technology dissemination role fully, and has constructed in the agricultural science and technology dissemination present information technical support system, has analyzed the information technology in the entire agricultural science and technology spreading process each dissemination stage support service function, analyzed some information technology to apply in the agricultural science and technology dissemination example. Finally, as the application special details proposed some suggestion measure in view of the information technology in the agricultural science and technology dissemination.
