Abstract


Arid areas is a global problem, the world arid and semi-arid area accounted for 32.1% of the global land area.Accounting for 47% of the total area. Economic development in arid areas is directly related to China’s economic development.How to develop faster and better economy is the arid area in front of us a serious problem. From the Party Congress report has proposed the concept of new-type industrialization, industrialization attracted a large number of academic research and analysis. With the deepening of industrialization, the development of new industrialization in various regions of the process has also become a focus of industrial research. Course of economic development in arid areas can not lag behind the country’s economic development environment. In this paper, the development of new industrialization in arid zone study to analyze the core of new industrialization in arid areas, a comprehensive exposition of industrialization, based on the theory of new industrialization, economic characteristics of the arid zone were analyzed for content carried on the analysis in arid areas. In this paper, new type of industrialization as the starting point Turpan area, according to the appropriate regional economic development theory and regional economic analysis, the study area presented a new type of industrialization corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Main conclusions are as follows:(1) New industrialization is a new type of industrialization of advanced information technology to transform and upgrade traditional industries, using information to promote industrialization, promotion of information technology. New industrialization strategy of sustainable development is based on per capita based on shortage of resources, serious environmental pollution, ecological vulnerability and the reality of the earth to create a kind of industrialization model of sustainable development, give full consideration to the nature of the ecological carrying capacity and purification to improve industrialization of scientific and technological content, reduce resource consumption and environmental pollution, so that industrial development and human resources, ecological environment of harmony, to achieve new industrialization strategy and sustainable development strategies simultaneously. The development of new road to industrialization in arid areas is to uphold the new industrialization road, from its own resources and environment carrying capacity, combined with characteristics of new industrialization, and avoid weaknesses, the reality and long-term combination of general and special combination of features out of its own.(2) In this paper, the Turpan region, through the corresponding mathematical analysis and policy advantages of local and regional characteristics, choose the corresponding key industries, to proceed from reality, take a new road to industrialization.(3) The development of new road to industrialization Turpan area, go to propel industrialization development strategy, speed up technological innovation and the introduction of high-tech, take the green road development, optimize the allocation of water resources, strengthen environmental protection, promote clean production, develop recycling economy, to sustainable development. Turpan region should optimize the overall industrial structure, integration of resources, efforts to extend the industrial chain, in-depth strategy for the implementation of strong district personnel to enhance protection of intellectual, actively seek policy support, intensify policy support and increase efforts to support key industries.
