Economic globalization is an irreversible trend, the world economy has been integrated into a whole. The strategy of "going out" has become the key to the development and growth of Chinese enterprises. Multinational enterprises in China have made some achievements, however, compared with developed countries, the gap is still obvious.In this context, first this paper analyzes the status of transnational operations of Chinese enterprises, including the areas of foreign direct investment, industry distribution, investors and so on. Then the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese enterprises transnational operations, which is practical analysis of multinational enterprises in China. Theoretically, then the paper gives a research of the formation of multinational management advantage, which is based on strategic management theory which has two parts, the management superiority endogenous theory and management advantages exogenous theory. The study finds that the formation of business strategy is the key factor. In the process of formation of the strategy, the environment has become increasingly uncertain, therefore, learning organization is playing a more and more important role in the process of formation of the strategy. Then, the learning organization is analyzed and finds it is very important in strategic formation. The learning organization affects the strategy through the vision, cognition, learning, culture, innovation and system thinking. Then, the paper studies the protection of transnational operation of Chinese enterprises which is based on the combination of theory and practice. Chinese enterprises should transform to the learning organization, which can provide tissue protection, business cultural protection, the protection of international learning mechanism and transnational operating personnel protection.Finally, the paper takes Lenovo Group as an example, analyzes the reasons of transnational operation and the international process of Lenovo Group. Then, the paper studies the transnational business strengths and weaknesses. The organizational learning and corporate culture of Lenovo Group have made great achievement, which have played an important role in enhancing the transnational business advantage.
