Abstract

With the gradual deepening of the national coal industry policy adjustment advancing coal enterprises under government guidance and coordination, combined with the principle of voluntariness, the fusion of various forms of horizontal mergers and acquisitions, coupled with its own large-scale remodeling, expansion, coal enterprise organizations form of rapid development to the direction of the enterprise group, the rapid emergence of a large coal enterprise groups, such as: Shenhua Group, Henan Coal Chemical Group, Pingdingshan Coal Group, Shanxi Coking Coal Group. Coal enterprises in the process of transformation to the group of large-scale, enterprise geographical expansion, coal varieties growing, the rapid increase in the customer base, the original management system, regulatory mechanisms and coal pricing mechanism and many faced challenges and tests. Coal pricing mechanism is an important part in the many challenges, but also one of the core content of the sales management system, without a sound, practical pricing mechanism, the entire sales management will be in chaos, corporate self-interest and benefits are difficult to get effectively guarantee that affect the development of the coal group, and even survival. The actual situation is: many large coal enterprises to focus only on the formal integration, and sales management system is imperfect, the regulatory mechanism missing, the more serious is the pricing mechanism still remains in the original \backward across the river \This thesis from the historical process of change of the price of coal in China China's coal pricing and further analysis of the impact on the regional economy and coal companies and the industry as a whole, the unreasonable pricing of coal; followed by using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis analysis the coal pricing principle; final form of management organization and marketing point of view from the coal prices, general customers and key customers, the period of market weakness, the market stable during the period of tension and market pricing flexible market-based pricing and price management regulation pricing closely integrated operation of the program. The research content of this paper is divided into: Chapter Preface introduces the research background, literature review, research methods and thesis frame structure; Chapter II study the history of China's coal price changes; Chapter coal pricing from the coal supply and demand relationship the basis of economic theory; Chapter analyzed from a quantitative point of view the coal pricing model; Chapter coal price management mechanism; Chapter VI of general customers and key customers, the period of market weakness, the market stable period and market a period of tension flexible market pricing and price regulation of pricing law closely integrated pricing operation program; final chapter conclusions elaborated innovation, lack of research and development. This thesis is based on study coal pricing principle, to do some pioneering research, innovation mainly in the following aspects: first, using a qualitative analysis of the coal pricing model; Second, the study of the large-scale coal how to establish and improve the coal price management system, both institutional achieve flexible, and be able to form a set of strict supervision and control mechanism; Third, the distinction between general customers and key customers in times of market weakness, tight market stable period and market period using flexible market pricing and price management regulation pricing pricing closely integrated operation of the program. The main characteristics of this paper are: First, the use of a standardized method of analysis, from a historical perspective, reviews of coal, price change process; economic theory and market in conjunction with customers a combination of pricing; Third, from flexible price management agencies and market information on pricing and regulation combined. Academic value of the research is that: the system to study the changes in the process of China's coal prices, coal pricing, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative study of the basic principles of the coal pricing on the actual operation flexible way to implement the management of coal prices, enrich and improve China's coal industry pricing theory and methods of the research.
