In recent years, hydroxyapatite (HA) has been widespread concern at home and abroad as a new type of nano-biological materials. Stereochemical structure of hydroxyapatite rules and good biocompatibility make it much attention in the field of catalysis, protein separation, biosensing application of highly sensitive biological detection and sensor miniaturization opens up new road. And based on the hydroxyapatite strong adsorption capacity and a unique multi-adsorption sites, it has also been a rapid development in its treatment of wastewater containing heavy metal ions, and contaminated soil. Overview of the papers in the General Section the stereochemistry of hydroxyapatite institutions, compared several conventional method for the preparation of hydroxyapatite, hydroxyapatite adsorption of heavy metal ions mechanism and influencing factors, discusses the hydroxyapatite Greystone biosensing applications, future prospects for the application of hydroxyapatite. The experimental studies include the following contents: HA double potential step electrodeposition on a platinum electrode preparation of hydroxyapatite coating modified platinum electrode for glucose biosensing studies of glucose oxidase (GOD) in the modified directly on the electrode electrochemical behavior; investigate the preparation of Nafion-GOD-HA-PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) / Pt composite electrode electrocatalytic oxidation of glucose, the glucose content of the solution was determined using chronoamperometry, and tested the stability and reproducibility of this sensor. The experiments show that in Nafion-GOD-HA-PVA/Pt, GOD showing the good direct electrochemical properties, the hydroxyapatite and Nafion synergy favor fixed, can promote GOD GOD electron transfer to maintain the activity of the GOD, and the oxidation of glucose having excellent catalysis. The glucose sensor glucose current response and rapid detection of the linear range of 0.02 0 sup> .52 mmol / L, the detection limit of 1.82μmol / L, sensitivity 56.90mA · L · mol -1 sup>. Additionally, the sensor also has a good stability and reproducibility. HA modified porous titania glucose biosensing using anodized prepared porous titanium dioxide sol - gel prepared hydroxyapatite and hydroxyapatite - Nafion composite membrane glucose oxidase effectively immobilized on porous titanium dioxide on this prepared composite electrode the Nafion / GOD-HA-PVA / TiO 2 / Ti different concentrations of glucose solution to detect and examine the best work of this composite electrode voltage, using timing The current method for the determination of glucose content of the solution. And test of the stability and reproducibility of this sensor. The experiments showed that within Nafion / GOD-HA-PVA / TiO 2 / Ti, hydroxyapatite, porous titania and Nafion good synergy, conducive GOD fixed to maintain the activity of the GOD. This composite electrode having a good catalytic oxidation of glucose in the optimum operating voltage-0.42V. 3. HA adsorption the aqueous Zn 2 sup> of using liquid phase precipitation prepared hydroxyapatite to study the adsorption of hydroxyapatite Zn 2 sup>, mainly on the Zn 2 sup> initial concentration, temperature, pH, and reaction time on the removal efficiency, and to explore the adsorption mechanism of HA. The experiments showed that the synthesis of HA by liquid precipitation, of Zn 2 sup> strong adsorption, good new adsorbent; HA water-soluble Zn 2 sup> The best adsorption conditions: pH 6.5, reaction time 50 min, a temperature of 35 ° C; the HA adsorption of heavy metal ions in the solution generally can be divided into the ion exchange adsorption of surface adsorption as well as the later stages of the start-up phase.
