Abstract


Alkali - surfactant - polymer (ASP) ASP flooding is an effective EOR technology, however, in recent years, the field test is gradually exposed the defects of the ASP flooding. To avoid these pitfalls, surfactant - polymer (SP) the alkali binary flooding increasing demands. However surfactants in alkali-free conditions usually effect applies to ASP poor, and therefore need to develop new non-alkali flooding surfactant. This paper studies a new type of flooding with a non-ionic surface active agents - lauric acid diethylene glycol amide and its homologues fatty acid monoethanolamide ethoxylated material synthesis, characterization, basic interface chemical properties as the alkali-free drive feasibility of the oil agent. The results show that in the presence of magnesium oxide (MgO), lauroyl chloride, and diglycolamine reaction, can be obtained in high purity dilaurate glycol amide. Other hand, the addition of ethylene oxide can also be obtained a similar compound with a fatty acid monoethanolamide. The Comprehensive Chemical analysis, thin layer chromatography analysis, melting point, infrared spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and NMR 1HNMR such analysis results prove that the synthetic product was a target product. Determination of interfacial chemical properties indicate that lauric acid amide and its homologues in diethylene glycol fatty acid monoethanolamide ethoxylate having a high surface activity. Most of the 45 ℃ when the critical micelle concentration (cmc) in 10 -6 1 -5 mol / L of magnitude. In the gas / liquid interface has a high amount of saturated adsorption, the molecular cross-sectional area of ??0.29 0 .36 nm2 less than a the SDS molecule of 0.5nm2 saturated adsorption surface tension (γcmc) at 28 mN / m. Laurate, diethylene glycol as the non-ionic surface active agent is an amide having a high salt tolerance, and can be dissolved without precipitation containing an aqueous solution of 2000 mg / L Ca2 its cmc of CaCl , 2 almost not sensitive. Fatty acid monoethanolamide ethoxylate as flooding, displacing agent for the preparation of alkali-free surfactant. The mass fraction of the total surfactant 0.01 0 .5% of the concentration range, the interfacial tension Daqing crude oil / formation water can be dropped to 10 -3 1 0 -4 mN / m order of magnitude. Preparation of alkali-free oil displacement agent with excellent anti-adsorption capacity, flooding tests based on waterflood EOR 18.6 ± 0.4%.
