In China, the dominant method of oil field the metering oil well production fluid volume is the the wells output oil is fed to the metering station and then measured centralized . This measurement method is not only uneconomical , very detrimental to the long-term development of the oilfield measured . How can change this measurement , uninterrupted measurement of liquid production wells , and able to understand the condition of the oil production system is to simplify the process of domestic oil metering and enhanced oil recovery efficiency need to deal with a very urgent problem . For the measurement of single well above problems , this paper proposes a new indicator diagram of the amount of oil technology validation after a lot of practice , this method has been applied around the oilfields actual production , but also there are some issues need resolved. Therefore, this indicator diagram expand the amount of oil technology . Oilfield economic benefits directly affect the as rod pumping core equipment in the oil system pump their normal work performance is good or bad . By analyzing the shape of the pump indicator diagram reflects the pump by the characteristics of the different external factors to get the ground shows the basis for successful Pictured , through the establishment of the pumping wells mathematical model as a transfer function of the final calculation to get underground pump dynamometer Figure . The introduction of the concept of effective stroke plunger calculation , to establish curvature of each point on the curve of the pump indicator diagram calculation model in order to determine the traveling valve and fixed valve opening point and closing point . On the basis of the above research work , quantitative calculation and analysis of liquid production wells . Pump indicator diagram obtained by the calculation of the valve opening and closing the location and type of well conditions , quantitative analysis of the effective plunger stroke Leakage , loss , fullness and pump efficiency gas mixture is compressible tubing the underground discharge amount calculated in accordance with the effective stroke of the plunger is not equal to the actual ground liquid production . The calculated data by computing the discharge coefficient of the volume of the mixture under the pressure conditions , and then translated into the ground liquid production . This method improve the accuracy of the measurement , the pump indicator diagram as the core of the theory based on the original single-well oil production calculated by the automatic amount of oil technology basically reflect the actual oil production .
