Abstract


With the rapid development of China’s economy and the deepening of power system, the scale of our power company is expanding constantly. Expanding the power grid, while steady improvement in power generation quality, power grid operators are also facing challenges from all sides, including the management of power grid supplies now facing a severe test. Extensive loose management mode cannot meet the requirements of the rapid development of the power company, to "human, financial, and material" change in group mode of operation is imperative. In the transformation process, the material of the intensive management as a key link has been given more and more attention.Through in-depth research of the current status of the power company, the article combines the problems of the existing system of materials management.Then with the theories and method of modern material management as a guide, while combined with the actual X province power company, the article has analyzed and designed the material intensive management system for power company. The main contents are as follows:(1) Fully study the basic theory and methods of material management. Combine the actual of the power company to study the theory and methods of the intensive management of power supplies.(2) Analyze of the status of the power company materials management, use the operations research, management and accounting methods and other related theories to research in the intensive management of material procurement, warehousing and distribution and other aspects,then put forward reasonable and targeted proposals and advices.(3) Focus on the goods warehousing and distribution. Combined with the actual situation, the use of intensive management theory and related mathematical models were designed for a set of storage management solutions and a program distribution system for a suitable design for company the intensive materials management system for the future power and lay a solid foundation.
