Abstract

This paper adopts potted method, with sterile line P3A, maintainer lines 992 and first-filial generation F1 for materials, Studying the effect of physio-biochemical characteristics and yield of kenaf under water, N and K stress. The results were as follows:1 Water stress period, The fall of chlorophyll content, NRA, water content and K content of stems and leaves of F1 are all smaller than parent, But the growth of N content of stem leaf of F1 are bigger than parent. After rewatering, The growth of chlorophyll content, NRA and water content, N content, K content of stems and leaves of F1 are all bigger than parent. This suggests that, water stress sensitivity of F1 is smaller than parent, after rewatering, recoverying capability is strong, showing advantage of toleranting drought.2 N stress period, The fall of chlorophyll content, NRA, water content and N content of stems and leaves of F1 are all smaller than parent, But the growth of K content of stem leaf of F1 are bigger than parent. After supplying N, The growth of chlorophyll content, NRA and water content, N content, K content of stems and leaves of F1 are all bigger than parent. This suggests that, N stress sensitivity of F1 is smaller than parent, after supplying N, recoverying capability is strong, showing advantage of toleranting low N.3 K stress period, The fall of chlorophyll content, NRA, water content and K. content of stems and leaves of F1 are all smaller than parent, But the growth of N content of stem leaf of Fl are bigger than parent. After supplying K, The growth of chlorophyll content, NRA and water content, N content, K content of stems and leaves of F1 are all bigger than parent. This suggests that, K stress sensitivity of Fl is smaller than parent, after supplying K, recoverying capability is strong, showing advantage of toleranting low K. 4 Under water, N and K Stress, The fall of plant height, stem diameter, dry stem yield, leather content, fiber content of Fl are smaller than parent, And the growth of pith content of Fl are smaller than parent too. This suggests that, stress sensitivity of Fl is smaller than parent, showing advantage of toleranting stress. To sum up:under water, N and K Stress, stress sensitivity of F1 is smaller than parent, And the fall of yield of F1 are smaller than parent, showing advantage of toleranting drought, low N and low K.
