Abstract


GCL (bentonite waterproof blanket) is a new type of anti-seepage after the compacted clay liner (CCL), geomembrane (HDPE GM) composite geotextile material. Compared with the compacted clay liner, GCL superiority mainly small thickness, light weight, simple construction, and has a strong self-healing capabilities; compared with other geotechnical materials, GCL flexible anti-differential settlement ability, aging reaction does not occur in the use of simple construction.
