Abstract


Seed of Apple of Peru is widely used to treat cardiovascular disease and Kidney disease,and this medicine has advantages of low cost and simple processing. Bioactive components of seed of apple of Peru have not been reported at home and abroad. Alkaloids wildly spread in Solanaceae, and it is natural medicines,with physiological activity. In this study,we analysis alkaloids,and we hope to increase its medicinal Value.We have read many literatures to find test methods to for fast and real-time requirements,that color reaction and UV spectrophotometry. By comparison of the results,we choose the color reaction method to determinate total alkaloids content.On the base of established determination of total alkaloids content,we studied factors that affect the extraction of the total alkaloids content, by the method of alcohol- acid-organic solvents,Chloroform as extractant. And on this basis, we determined the optimum extraction conditions:temperature of 50℃, pH is 3, extraction time is 3h, ethanol 80%.This study has comparisoned a series of expansion agent, though TLC, methylene dichloride-ethyl acetate-diethylamine(30:1:1) this results are satisfactory. Silicone and alumina adsorption column chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry to separate alkaloids. High performance liquid chromatography-mass separation results are satisfactory.By separating results and plant species,we inferred types of alkaloids that may exist in seed of apple of Peru.
