Abstract


Streets are important position of the city. Many times, people take the experience directly come from the streets. This feeling comes most from the colleagues contact between physiological and psychological phases. It can be said to constitute the city street landscape image of a very large influence, while also guiding people to the city to play a cognitive process which can not be ignored. As one of the biggest cities in north China, Harbin has the advantageous geographic conditions and the cultural atmosphere, with the railway construction which built in 1898. The city developed rapidly and became into temporary prominence metropolis. Chinese and western cultural impacted fusion here differently, and formed Harbin unique cultures amorous feelings. The history of the streets in Harbin inherited by cultural view, and these qualities makes people can understand to the development of the city experiences and cultural background through landscape of the the streets. The passage was written from visual Angle, analyzing visual physiology and mentally regularity, and showed the differences of historical street landscape in Harbin from the other cities, summarizes the characteristics of Harbin historic street landscape features, where expectations can help future design and practical work.The paper was written in four aspects for the research and analysis. The first part is the main introduction subject of the research background, the choice of the research from the overall to institute in stage and the understanding. Then in literature carding process, compared the situation, for the domestic and foreign research topics related with some of the concepts and theoretical framework are summarized. The second part proposed thesis theoretical foundation, deeply historical and cultural background to Harbin street landscape formation. Then with historical street function sorted and puts forward the street landscape on the details of basic content. The third part is the specific visual analysis section. Firstly the human visual work mode, studied it, from the physiological and psychological two aspects of human cognition and put forward historical street landscape, the relationship between the vertical and horizontal from the observation pattern, discusses visual content. Then come the fixed viewpoint and mobile viewpoints are put forward continuous visual change line of sight analysis. The fourth part for the conclusion, by using mentioned above mentioned visual observation ways, combined with the reality of Harbin historical street landscape one analysis, finally concluded.
