Along with the rate of car ownership is rising, the children followed a traffic accident injuries growing social concern. According to statistics, China every year, more than 18,500 children under the age of 14 died in traffic accidents, the death rate is 2.5 times that of Europe, 2.6 times that of the United States, traffic accidents have become the first cause of death of children under the age of 14 [1]. An important cause of children's accidental injury due to car safety equipment and measures are designed in accordance with the size of the adult body, and is not suitable for the child's physical specifications, and thus can not effectively protect the lives and safety of the child occupant . Experiments show that the use of car child safety seats can reduce injury to the child occupant. Thus, the use of car safety seats for children is necessary. Car seat installed in the car seat for infants, toddlers, or juvenile ancillary equipment to use to protect their personal safety [2]. In our country, the child occupant restraint laws and regulations have not yet been fully established. In addition, many parents lack or misinterpretation of the child restraint safety knowledge. Thus, car child safety seats in China's penetration is very low relative to Europe and the United States and other countries, the industry is seriously lagging behind in the development of our country. This study builds on the basic principles under the guidance of Kansei engineering, perceptual psychology of consumers and for the crowd to design the starting point, with the design aesthetics, ergonomics, children Pathology, consumer psychology, product semantics theory research and methods, the use of questionnaires and other means, a comprehensive analysis of the survey data and drill-down results deduced as a foothold for product design, system analysis of the infantile form of car safety seats design, explore more meet to meet the child care physiological and psychological demands of the design program. This paper first analyzes the status quo of a traffic accident injuries of children, as well as the problems, combined with domestic and international child car safety seat Research, established the research, research methods and research significance. Then presented the history of car safety seats for children, the development process as well as the basic classification, based on an overview of the characteristics and structure of the infant car safety seat shape. Then expounded the basic concept of Kansei Engineering development at home and abroad, procedures and methods. Finally, we use the the the Kansei Engineering qualitative drill presumptions to guide the design of the infant car safety seat, and design around the \two aspects to be analyzed from the product structure, color, texture, etc., who wish to explore a more viable infant car seat design.
