Abstract

Mastitis in dairy cows is one of the harm 奶牛养殖业 most common diseases. How effective prevention and treatment of mastitis in dairy cows has been a subject of concern. Therefore, choosing an efficient, safe, low residual drug treatment cows mastitis, it is particularly important to reduce the economic losses of the cattle industry to ensure the quality of milk production, safeguarding human health. Collecting the Tangshan area dairy mastitis milk samples, 51 pathogens were isolated and cultured, biochemical identification and susceptibility testing. 8 159 bacteria isolated from milk samples from 51 Chinese Communists, including Staphylococcus aureus, 49 (30.8%), Streptococcus agalactiae 37 (23.3%), dysgalactiae Streptococcus 26 (16.4%), E. coli 21 (13.2%), Staphylococcus epidermidis, 11 (6.9%), Staphylococcus saprophyticus 9 (5.7%), Proteus 4 (2.4%), Klebsiella 2 (1.3%). The results show that: Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae, dysgalactiae the streptococcus the major governance bacteria for the region mastitis, followed by E. coli the four pathogens total number of bacteria 83.6% (133/159). Susceptibility testing results show that: the area major pathogens highly sensitive in the high-dose group cephalosporins, quinolones, gentamicin, enrofloxacin, amikacin and tobramycin. Lactation rabbits with 104CFU 106 CFU, 108CFU three different concentrations of Staphylococcus aureus suspension was artificially induced mastitis model in rabbits. The results show that: the optimum concentration of 106CFU to establish a model of mastitis. Modeling, the treatment group were treated with different doses of milk pool perfusion cephalosporin quinolone creams, treatment of intramuscular suspensions, to observe the clinical effect and detection routine blood test to determine the optimal therapeutic dose. The results showed that: after treatment, high-dose treatment group WBC, neutrophil, lymphocyte count and neutrophil percentage is significantly lower than the other groups (P lt; 0.01), and increased the percentage of lymphocytes significantly compared to the other groups (P lt; 0.01), with the healthy control group difference is not significant, red breast, swelling, pain, loss of response, lactation returned to normal, the cure rate was 100% (3/3), to determine the optimal therapeutic dose of creams and suspensions 0.5mg / breast area and 1mg/kg. Selected the Tangshan region dairy farm clinical mastitis, the application of different formulations cephalosporin quinolone treatment. Sick cows blood, breast milk collected aseptically before and after treatment, separation the serum and whey determination of relevant biochemical markers, and milk before and after treatment of pathogens in culture and identification and counting, the detection rate of bacteria from positive to negative, from the clinical efficacy of the relevant anti- oxidation indicators and etiological point of view to determine the treatment effect. The results show that: suspensions and creams with the medication group (III) oxygen radical scavenging enzymes SOD, GSH-PX activity were significantly increased (P lt; 0.01), the content of NO, MDA and other free radicals, and LF significantly reduce than the healthy control group had no significant difference (P gt; 0.05); bacterial culture and count results showed that the treatment group, cows reduce the number and types of pathogens after treatment, group Ⅲ best. Total cure rate of 70% of the treatment group, the total effective rate was 96.7%, 77.8% of the total bacteria from positive to negative, and basically reached therapeutic purposes, and clinical creams and suspensions with the use of the best results. Each treatment group at most drug 0.5, 12, 24, 36, 48, 54, 66, 72, 84, 96h sterile collection mammary cows milk, ECLIPSE 50 kit to detect residual The results showed that, after stopping, creams group after 48h, the majority of milk in the microporous samples appear green or yellow, were negative, suspensions group 84h after microporous All milk samples appear yellow, were negative, with the treatment group 66h almost all appear yellow, with negative results, indicating that withdrawal, the the cephalosporin quinolone content of breast milk in 84h after all below the detection limit 0.015μg/mL and below the EU specified in milk the cephalosporin quinolone residues indicators (0.02 μg / mL).
