Abstract

In order to explore the water stress and lack of urban green space illumination Babao Sedum growth and physiological characteristics of the test Babao Sedum 1 year old cuttings seedlings as materials, pot test method, set the control, drought stress, waterlogging stress three water treatment and 100%, 30%, 60%, 90% four shading treatments measured analysis of the physiological and biochemical indicators of water stress and shading treatments, further the Babao Sedum drought, waterlogging and shade tolerance were identified, to provide a theoretical basis for the the Babao Sedum application and promotion. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) under drought stress, the water saturation deficit, relative conductivity, MDA and proline increasing with increasing stress time; SOD activity, POD activity and soluble sugar content presented first and then decreased trends; leaf tissue relative water content, soluble protein content, chlorophyll content overall downward trend. (2) waterlogging stress, leaf relative water content, soluble sugar content, relative conductivity, MDA and proline increasing with increasing stress time; SOD activity, POD activity showed a trend first and then decreased ; water saturation deficit, chlorophyll content, soluble protein content decreased. (3) drought stress 50 days, the Babao Sedum growth was lighter inhibition, some leaves turn yellow; waterlogging stress in the first 30 days, the Babao Sedum growth they are lighter inhibition, some leaves turn yellow, treatment on day 50, plant growth is inhibited, chlorotic leaves turn yellow. (4) The correlation analysis showed that leaf relative water content, water saturation deficit, the correlation between the MDA content, relative conductivity, free proline was significant or very significant level, these indicators as rapid identification Babao King days of drought, waterlogging indicators. (5) When the shade density, for Babao Sedum physiological indicators variation, even if the same degree of shade, the shade when the number is not the same time, different variation of physiological indicators of Eight Sedum. 30% shade SOD activity, POD activity, MDA content, soluble protein content, relative conductivity, chlorophyll a / b With the increased processing time was a trend first and then decreased; total chlorophyll content upward trend; The downward trend. 60% shade, SOD activity, POD activity, MDA content, chlorophyll a / b with increasing processing time was first and then decreased trend downward trend; soluble protein content and relative conductivity; total chlorophyll content showed an upward trend. 90% shade, with the processing time increases the activity of SOD, POD activity, MDA content showed a downward trend; chlorophyll a / b was increased and then decreased trend downward trend; soluble protein content and relative conductivity ; the total chlorophyll upward trend. (6) integrated shading process the next change of each index, it was found when the shade degree ≤ 60% Babao Sedum can grow normally, when the shade degree ≥ 90%, is not conducive to the normal growth of the Eight Sedum.
