People can easily through the eyes emotional communication, and the majority of the human brain to accept outside information is passed through the visual system and processing the processing is complete, the process of this series first occur in the retina, retinal as the fine structure in the nervous system function of complex anatomical structures, has been a hot research field of life sciences. Retina in 10 layers from outside to inside: the retinal pigment epithelium and photoreceptor cell layer, external limiting membrane, outer nuclear layer, outer plexiform layer, inner nuclear layer, inner plexiform layer, ganglion cell layer, nerve fiber layer and the inner limiting membrane bipolar cells and horizontal cell bodies are located in the middle of the inner nuclear layer and the outer edge of the bipolar cells mainly by chemical synapses photoreceptor cell from the signal processing is passed to the ganglion cells, horizontal cells between photosensitive between the cells and bipolar cells, the photoreceptors information it will receive feedback spread photoreceptors and bipolar cells, and between the three types of cells form complex synaptic connections in the network layer, the outer plexiform layer. In the interpretation of retinal development, the toxic effects of alcohol with offspring relationship of retinal development, especially neurons research rarely reported. The toxic effects of alcohol drinkers cause multi-system, multi-organ damage, mainly affecting the brain, liver, cardiovascular system and the immune system; suffered alcohol exposure during embryonic development, the development of embryos will result in more serious damage and even lead to the occurrence of fetal alcohol syndrome (Fetal alcohol syndrome, FAS). In this study, through the establishment of animal models of alcohol exposure during pregnancy, the occurrence of the simulated fetal alcohol syndrome, Immunocytochemistry and DiI scattering techniques, different ages after alcohol exposure during pregnancy offspring retinal bipolar cells and horizontal cell development system The research results are as follows: 1. pregnancy alcohol exposure to the development of offspring retinal bipolar cells by immunocytochemical staining method, P7, P14 and P30 age scripts rat retinal bipolar cells between the control group and the alcohol model group be compared to the general shape of the development, the results show that alcohol model group and the control group compared to the bipolar cells in its development process, the general morphological differences, such as the reduction in the number of the cell body, axons reduce, so that the density decreases in the high these differences more apparent dose alcohol group, alcohol exposure during pregnancy affect the development of the offspring retinal bipolar cells, and dose-dependent effects and the long-range effect. 2 alcohol exposure during pregnancy affect the development of the offspring retinal horizontal cells use DiI scattering techniques, P7, P14 and P30 age scripts rat retinal horizontal cells marked in the control group and the model group and observe the general morphology of the horizontal cell development are compared, The results showed alcohol exposure group compared with the control group, the level of cells during development there are obvious differences, such as dendritic reduce the number of dendritic length shorter horizontal cell receptive field decreases, especially in the high-dose alcohol group these changes more significantly, indicating that alcohol exposure during pregnancy affect the development of the offspring retinal horizontal cells, and dose-dependent effects and the long-range effect. In short, the retina vision and visual formation plays a very important role, through the study of the subject, so we further recognize that alcohol abuse during pregnancy on the offspring of the harm caused, especially alcohol exposure during pregnancy will affect the offspring retina development, and its offspring retina has a dose-dependent and long-range effect, which explain related eye diseases caused by exposure to alcohol during pregnancy, such as amblyopia, strabismus pathogenesis significance, and this has huge social benefits for the promotion of prenatal and postnatal care, and enhance the people's physique, and also has a certain theoretical value of Neurotoxicology eye learning and developmental neurobiology.
