Objective: To observe neuroglobin (NGB) and serum creatine kinase brain isoenzyme (CK-BB) in full-term healthy newborns and newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and changes in serum levels of serum NGB serum of CK-BB activity NBNA score for the early diagnosis , comprehensive evaluation to determine the hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy degree of injury , to explore the HIE pathogenesis and early intervention to provide an objective basis and ideas . Methods : from September 2009 to May 2010 in the Children's Hospital of Shanxi Province neonatal inpatient meets the clinical diagnosis of 45 cases with HIE in term newborn infants with HIE group , the same period of hospitalization 15 patients as a control group , respectively in Health and 14 days within 24 hours after collecting the serum . An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (enzyme-linked immuno sorbentassay, ELISA) to detect the the NGB level of serum and serum creatine kinase brain type isoenzyme (CK-BB) activity . Over the same period by a professionally trained neonatal physician to its line the NBNA score . 3 . Serum the NGB level of serum CK-BB activity NBNA score correlation analysis . Results : HIE group , the group of children with severe acute phase serum NGB level significantly higher than the recovery period , and the control group ( P lt; 0.01 ) ; mild HIE group than in the severe HIE group ( P lt ; 0.01) mild HIE group and the control group showed no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) ; HIE group were acute phase serum CK-BB levels were significantly higher than the recovery period and the control group ( P lt; 0.01 ) . 2.HIE group in children with severe acute serum the NGB level and the level of CK-BB was significantly higher than the recovery period and the control group ( P lt; 0.01 ) , compared with the acute phase of convalescent two indicators declined , but still high in the normal control group ( P lt; 0.01 ) . 3.HIE Serum NGB level and creatine kinase brain isoenzyme activity NBNA score was negatively correlated (p lt; 0.01). Conclusions: Serum NGB value , CK-BB activity NBNA score there is variation in the pathogenesis of HIE serum NGB value , CK-BB activity in acute and convalescent NBNA score was negatively correlated . The level of serum NGB , CK-BB activity and NBNA score three early comprehensive evaluation of HIE severity of brain injury and brain injury recovery indicators have important clinical implications .
