Objective: To introduce endoscopic thyroid surgery in recurrent laryngeal nerve anatomy, skills revealed and protection , to explore the need for and feasibility of endoscopic thyroid surgery in the anatomy of the recurrent laryngeal nerve . Methods : 90 patients by Xiongru pathways row within endoscopic thyroid surgery patients, 9 male , female 81 cases , aged 18-69 years old , an average of 39 ± 12 years , 63 cases of the diagnosis of thyroid adenoma , nodular goiter 21 cases 6 cases of primary hyperparathyroidism , most of the thyroid resection , according to the diagnosis of different thyroid gland plus isthmus resection , subtotal thyroidectomy surgery . The patients were divided into two groups , group A : routine surgical procedure exposed to the recurrent laryngeal nerve . Group B: not exposed to the recurrent laryngeal nerve . Collection of patient clinical data and follow-up , carefully watch the surgery video , according to the exposure of surgical the video summarizes endoscopic surgery , the recurrent laryngeal nerve , anatomy and protection skills , the analysis may lead to recurrent laryngeal nerve injury reasons . Results : 90 cases of surgical endoscopic completed without conversion to open surgery . A group fully revealed 44 cases of cervical recurrent laryngeal nerve , there was no bleeding , recurrent laryngeal nerve injury , numbness and other serious complications . Group B hoarseness after three cases , the three patients the thyroid thyroid nodules are located in the dorsal side of the vocal cords fixed electronic laryngoscopy confirmed recurrent laryngeal nerve injury . No bleeding , numbness and other serious complications . Conclusion: The endoscopic thyroid surgery in some cases should the anatomy of the recurrent laryngeal nerve , to fully reveal cervical recurrent laryngeal nerve can reduce the opportunity of endoscopic thyroid surgery recurrent laryngeal nerve injury occurred in these cases , routine intraoperative anatomical recurrent laryngeal nerve for an experienced laparoscopic surgeon and not due to anatomical itself increases the incidence of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury .
