Abstract


Fairness is a lofty ideals of human. today, the socialist countries are developing rapidly, but all the members of the society of social issues of Fairness.Premier wen said that fairness take much brilliance than the sun. Ordinary people realized that the party and state leaders of social equality to achieve social fairness concern and the exploration of the road.The communist party of China is based on the marxist,The party’s purpose and mission is to realize benefit all members of the society common interests, to construct a harmonious social equity and justice. Marx and Engels social justice theory based on the basis of historical materialism, expounds the understanding of social equity for us to construct a socialist harmonious society today have important significance. Now in China, the face of a complex social environment, the more should balance the interests of each class, realize the maximum rights fair, guarantee the realization of social justice.The first part, Marx and Engels’s thought about social fair, and points out that the dialectical understanding of the nature and content of social equality depends on certain period of economy foundation, social justice is history and class, concrete, relative, only destroy class, the elimination of exploitation, eliminates polarization communist society to achieve real justice.The second part, expounds the social fair thought practice and development in China. All of the communist party of China is very concerned collective leadership of social justice, to realize the fundamental interests of the people, as the starting point and the ultimate in developing constantly promote fair realization.The third part, this paper expounds the problems existing in Chinese social fairness of contradictions and conflicts, puts forward the measures and Suggestions of social security.
