Abstract


Purpose : The main purpose of this study was to develop a set of occupational stress measurement tools for fire officers and soldiers , and complete psychology indicators compiled Scale ( reliability and validity ) test . The specific research objectives : ( 1 ) proven fire officers and men , career pressure source ; (2) the formation of fire officers and soldiers of the occupational stress measurement scale ; (3) of the scale reliability and validity testing . Methods: This study integrated extensive literature on the basis of a research framework and ideas , and on the basis of interviews with fire officers and soldiers , with reference to the related forming Occupational Stress Scale , the preparation of the test items . Combine theory and practice in the preparation of the process will , by logical analysis test project and reasonable structure , decided to merge and excluded items . Finally, using a variety of measurement indexes to project analysis and test of the reliability and validity of the tests . Results: 1. Occupational stress scale fire officers and soldiers constituted by the six dimension structure with 41 items , divided into specific : work pressure , career development and protection of pressure , vocational evaluation pressure , interpersonal pressure , the pressure of organization and management , the living conditions of pressure ; 2 project analysis : correlation coefficient of each project belongs dimensions and total table between 0.320.69 better item discrimination . Reliability analysis : the coefficient of internal consistency of each dimension (Cronbachα) have reached more than 0.65 , test-retest reliability coefficients between 0.34-0.53 , the total test retest reliability coefficient of 0.53 ; 4 . Validity results : the entire model is 763 degrees of freedom , the χ2 value 2483.82, P value of 0.00 , indicating that there are differences between hypothetical model with the observed value of the variable . Close to the root mean square error (RMSEA) 0.063 , close to the threshold value of 0.06 , the relative fit index (CFI) was 0.83 , normalized fit index (NFI) 0.87 , non- normalized fit index (NNFI) 0.91 , these values ??are over 0.80 , show that the model is a good fit ; fire officers and soldiers occupational stress in urban and rural areas, age , military service and academic differences . Conclusion: 1 . Scale by six dimensions of 41 projects . 2 item discrimination . 3 . Scale has good reliability and validity . 4 fire officers and men of occupational stress in urban and rural areas, age , military service and academic differences .
