Abstract


Objective: 1. Using questionnaires to understand the overall situation of medical students to learn and explore learning burnout burnout characteristic variable differences. (2) study of medical students Coping Style and Learning Burnout. 3 in order to learn more serious burnout medical students as experimental subjects, tentatively will be used to improve learning burnout group counseling situation. Methods: 1. Research: Take cluster random sampling method, Shanxi Medical University, Shanxi Medical College, Changzhi Medical College, 600 full-time undergraduate medical students to investigate, understand medical students' learning burnout in gender, grade, school, students ground, academic performance, parental education and family rearing and other characteristic variables differences, explore the characteristics of medical students learning burnout. Medical students study stress, coping styles and learning burnout relationship. 2 Experimental Study: Screening through interviews and questionnaire elect voluntary group counseling, learning burnout questionnaire baseline survey 27% of the total score of the first 35 were tested as the experimental group, the experimental process has two special reasons students off . This 35 students selected homologous control (gender, academic performance, students source) as a control group, using eleven control methods. On the control group did not take any supplementary measures, the experimental group group counseling. Results: The medical students learn the general condition of a burnout. Burnout medical students were divided into 2.807,36.46% survival in the study of medicine burnout. 2 medical students of different genders in the learning burnout does not exist significant differences. Misconduct dimension, boys scored significantly higher than girls. Personal accomplishment dimension, girls scored significantly higher than boys. 3 different grades of medical students, and the overall level of learning burnout in each dimension there are significant differences. 4 medical students from different schools, learning burnout in the overall level of each dimension and the difference was not significant. 5 Different grades of medical students, and the overall level of learning burnout in each dimension there are significant differences. 6 Different students to medical students in learning burnout, depression dimensions have significant differences. 7 medical students learning burnout in his father, mother's education on the score was not significant. 8 medical students and learning burnout burnout various dimensions in the family rearing has significant differences. Medical Students' Learning Burnout influencing factors 1 and each dimension of learning burnout and stress and pressure out of each dimension was a significant positive correlation. 2 and the various dimensions of learning burnout and solve problems, help was a significant negative correlation dimension; learning burnout and the various dimensions and remorse, fantasy, avoidance, rationalization was a significant positive correlation dimension. 3 Pressure scores, learning annoyance, problem solving, avoidance, self-blame factor, learning burnout significant predictors. Experimental study an experiment before and after the experimental group and the control group learning burnout difference was significant difference between the difference. (2) after the experiment, the pressure difference between the experimental group and the control group of the difference was significant difference. 3 before and after experiment, the experimental group and the control group coping style differences were significant differences in the difference. Conclusions: 1. Medical students' learning burnout overall situation is not serious, at a medium level. 2 grades, academic, student, the family education variables affect these characteristics of medical students learning burnout situation. 3 sex, school, parental education variables do not affect these characteristics of medical students learning burnout situation. 4 medical students the greater the pressure, the more serious learning burnout; problems coping directivity help reduce learning burnout, emotional coping style may increase the directivity learning burnout. 5 group counseling help to improve the learning burnout, stress reduction, changing coping.
