Abstract


Off-campus education after 60 years of development has been the formation of a nationwide education network, and the Children's Palace education \The masses of activities is one of the two major activities of the Children's Palace education mode. Although the accumulated experience of more activities, but theoretical exploration of the active mode is very much lacking. In this paper, Dongcheng District, Beijing Children's Palace, the mass activities organization and implementation of the case, Giddens' structuration theory, the history of the development of mass activities starting from the Dongcheng District Children's Palace, the use of interviews, observation and text analysis, trying to show the Children's Palace to carry out the trajectory of the development of the activities of the masses, to explore the development mode of the extracurricular activities of educating the masses in the new situation, thinking how to achieve the welfare and educational functions of the Children's Palace as a non-profit organization, and give full play to the initiative and creativity of the masses of activities teachers. The research shows that: Dongcheng District, Beijing Children's Palace has external experience (Soviet-style), after the domination of the political thinking and economic thinking gradually moved toward educational thinking disposable way to organize the masses, although the structure of the three dimensions - ideographic, disposable and legalization - and there are still some problems, but the mode of development of the mass activities has been basically established. Dongcheng District Children's Palace, the course of development of the activities of the masses has a distinct structure trajectory, structured development of mass activities the only way to achieve their own goals. Structured development process embodies the Children's Palace of mass activities teachers play a dynamic role in the political, economic and other factors to find a suitable structural model of hard work, in order to promote the comprehensive development of the young people, and at the same time reflect its welfare requirements. Ideographic structure, the Children's Palace teachers use their own careful observation of life, the expression of the life experience to understand, and grasp of the law of education made clear classification activities, and establish a relatively stable range of content for different forms of activities . Dominant structure, Children's Palace, the teachers, the use of rational organization itself have the power to integrate current and the resources available for a particular type of activity services activities, in as much as possible while reducing the Children's Palace of financial dependence sustainable development as well as to promote the development of teachers'. Legalization structure, the Children's Palace teachers on the one hand to comply with national, local and Children's Palace, the Provisions on the Administration to establish the norms of a particular type of activity, and at the same time in the course of sustainable development activities to win external recognition within the Children's Palace. Teachers in the course of development of the Children's Palace, the activities of the masses experienced feelings, to understand and master the three structured constraints, and the establishment of reasonable development of mass activities. This model is the Children's Palace, the development of an idea, and at the same time provide a lot of useful experience for the development of off-campus education institutions.
