Abstract


This study is to explore the new course background knowledge of the English teachers structure . The authors would like to use empirical methods to investigate the structure of teachers' knowledge , understanding of the knowledge structure of the status quo of the new curriculum context , the the Shenyang high school English teachers . The research question is: What is the status of teachers 'knowledge structures ? Knowledge requirements of teachers in the new curriculum structure is what ? Teachers will be how to improve the knowledge structure ? Investigations and studies of Shenyang four high school teachers' knowledge structure . 78 teachers to participate in the survey research . In this study, empirical research , through questionnaires , interviews and classroom observation to explore the knowledge structure of the status quo of the English teachers . On the basis of this study , the authors summarized the teachers' knowledge structure and characteristics of the challenges brought about by the new English curriculum standards as well as English teachers to improve the knowledge structure . This paper consists of five parts : the first chapter , the theory . Which describes the importance of the purpose of this study , and explore English teachers' knowledge structure . The second chapter , the literature review . The main teachers' knowledge structure and the new English curriculum standards , and briefly describes some related research . Chapter III . Listed in the questionnaire used in the course of the investigation , and interviews and classroom observation also made certain instructions . Chapter IV , Conclusion and reflection. This section describes the findings of the survey , and conducted in-depth discussions on the basis of the findings . Chapter V , conclusions. This chapter explains throughout the course of the study concluded , and the conclusion of the teaching . The inadequacies of this study should be noted also described .
