Abstract


The Xu Yuanchong is an outstanding representative of contemporary Chinese translator , he translated a number of works of ancient Chinese poetry , made ??a huge contribution to the spread of Chinese culture and improve the status of Chinese literature in the world within . Mr. Xu is not only personally engaged in the practice of translation , and insightful poetry translation theory . However , some of his translation ideology also caused a big controversy . In this paper , the author attempts from the Gestalt imagery recycling theory to discern the Xu Yuanchong translation ideology , in order to open up a new way of thinking for Translating research provides a new perspective for English Translating researchers . Images Reproduction of Gestalt theory is the aesthetic process by of Professor Jiang Qiuxia in literary translation : Gestalt Image Reproduction book for the first time clearly . Basic contents are as follows: Gestalt imagery is a literary work as a whole conceptual imagery , is a trait commonly found in the literature text ; literary translation involves aesthetic sense Gestalt Image Reproduction ; any Gestalt imagery has a same the macro internal structure , that scenario framework ( language) integration ; from an aesthetic point of view , a successful literary translation is that the success of Gestalt imagery and recycling ; Gestalt - based imagery recycling the basis of the theory of literary translation mode : step psychological achieve a gestalt understanding of the original image ; second step , recycling asked a Gestalt imagery language .
