Abstract


Teacher burnout has become one of the high -risk population . As teachers work burden , increasing social pressure to bear , resulting in the phenomenon of teachers' burnout increasingly prominent . In this study, learn from foreign burnout theory and measurement tools , the use of questionnaires ( Marla poetry Burnout Inventory - Educators Questionnaire ) and interview approach to investigate Beijing a secondary vocational school English teacher burnout and analyze their situation genesis . The results show that secondary vocational school English teacher burnout levels were significantly higher than ordinary high school English teacher. Causing burnout in its many factors , overloaded workload, lack of resources ( such as : the lack of the necessary support and feedback ) as well as institutional extrusion of teachers is being investigated school English teachers generally reflects three factors . However, in an interview on teachers , we are also pleased to see that our vocational school teachers who still maintain their concern for the students , they started mainly in secondary vocational school students focus on the psychological characteristics of special groups and actively seek solutions students' psychological problems. Foreign language teachers in secondary vocational schools survey of job burnout of the actual situation , in order for the educational and administrative departments , teacher education structures provide useful information to enable them to foreign language teachers for secondary vocational school burnout take appropriate effective interventions , thereby promoting secondary vocational schools the healthy development of foreign language teachers to further promote China's rapid and steady development of vocational education .
