Accelerating process of globalization in the context, building a harmonious society in China, has become theme of the times, and the corporate practice of moral responsibility is one of the factors to build a harmonious society, enterprises lack of moral responsibility, not only will the enterprise stakeholders varying degrees of damage, and will increase to some extent, the conflict of different interest groups, maybe increased the social conflicts. Undoubtedly it will hinder the process of building a harmonious society in China, therefore, the study of the practice of contemporary China corporate moral responsibility in perspective of harmonious society becomes more important With the rapidly development of China’s economic construction and the establishment of socialist market economic system, production and business activities of enterprises have made great progress, but one-sided pursuit of profit maximization in business situations, leading to the generation of a large number of social issues, corporate moral responsibility problems become more aroused concern.At present, China is serious lack of corporate moral responsibility. In recent years, production safety incident, labor disputes, events, food safety and environmental contamination incidents continue to occur, serious damage to consumers, workers and other business interests of stakeholders. Lack of corporate moral responsibility is the source of norms of corporate moral responsibility imperfect laws and regulations, government regulatory role is not in place and the business does not form a moral responsibility to fulfill the obligations consciousness.
