Abstract


A new human civilization was brought by the development of computer net works. The young people grown up with the development of cyber social were seriously affected. Cyber culture more and more profound impact on college students. By documentary research, interview survey and other research methods, summarized the definition, characteristics and functions of cyber culture. Outlined the definition of cultural feedback, analyzed the reasons for the formation of cultural feedback phenomenon. Combined with cyber culture and cultural feedback, proposed the definition of cyber cultural feedback at first time, and summarized the field of cyber cultural feedback. By questionnaire on 992 collegestudents including the basic situation of cyber cultural, politics, ethics, values, study, employment, social contacts, etc. The survey results were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were Proposed.Cyber cultural feedback, both the content of cyber culture, there are cultural feedback features. Based on the students survey of cyber culture and the interviews of feedback, combined with the current status of ideological and political education, summarized and discussed the opportunities and challenges of current ideological and political education under "Cyber cultural feedback" In response to these opportunities and challenges, discussed the specific content and approaches of improving Ideological and Political Education, including update educational ideological, innovate educational methods, enrich educational content, and build a new teacher-student relationship, etc.
