Abstract


Society organizations is a very broad and vague concept, broad and narrow. This article uses the social organization is the narrow conception. Construction of social organization is the party and the government from reality, integration of resources, and a variety of activities conducive to the development of social organization. The party and the government in the new century thinking about the social organization building, into the new century, the policy of the party and the government on the construction of social organization, theory and perspective. This article is constituted by an introduction and five chapters. The introductory part discusses the main four issues: First, the research background and significance; literature review; Third, the ideas and methods of the study; Fourth, the definition of social organization and related concepts. Chapter 1 Overview basic condition for the development of China's social organizations, the foundation below. Longitudinal combing the second chapter of the ideology of the party and the government in the new century on the construction of social organization.
